How I Apply Entrepreneurial Principles to Association Management: Understanding Customers and Solving Problems (Webinar)

When starting a new business, success is predicated on how well the business can solve problems for customers (IE poverty, food, sustainability, energy, healthcare). This same approach can be applied to associations. Associations solve problems for members to advance a larger mission. In this webinar, we’ll discuss how to apply entrepreneurial principles to association management and encourage staff to solve problems while getting constant feedback along the way. By identifying the types of problems that you wish to solve and speaking to early adopters, association executives can develop the right value propositions for each segment to achieve product market fit.
