Come join us at the December and January DFWAEngage Live! where we will discuss the association job market from the employee and employer perspectives. In December, we’ll bring in several DFWAE members who have walked through recent job changes and will share what they’ve learned. Whether you’re currently looking for a new opportunity or you want to understand the market better for the future, you’ll want to attend what we know will be a helpful and eye-opening discussion. We’ll address the following:

- Changing market conditions due to the Great Resignation

- Job search tips, especially for those who haven’t changed positions in awhile

- Changes in the work culture, especially regarding hybrid work environments

- And more!

In January, we’ll address part two of this topic from the employers' perspective. We’ll have several DFWAE members in hiring positions to share what they look for in hiring and how their requirements have changed and evolved due to the pandemic and the last two years.

DFWAEngage Live! is a virtual "meet-up" to give association professionals an opportunity to network, share best practices, ask questions, and discuss solutions to challenges across all areas of association management.

Topics for DFWAEngage Live! are chosen by the membership, so if you have a topic you would like to discuss or seek others input on, please let us know! DFWAEngage Live! will take place the first Tuesday of the month at 10am.
