Champions of Change: Leading What Matters When the World Refuses to Stand Still Change is not driven by spectators. It is driven by leaders willing to step forward with courage, vision, and conviction. About the Speaker:
Toby lives in McKinney, Texas with his wife Angie and their children. When he’s not leading events or coaching entrepreneurs, you’ll find him working the ranch, spending time with his family, or mentoring the next generation of disciplined, faith-driven leaders. Toby’s journey spans humble beginnings, financial collapse, and a spiritual rebirth that fueled the creation of The Unshakable Paradigm. His background isn’t multinational, it’s multigenerational, shaped by southern values, spiritual mentors, and a deep belief in rebuilding broken systems from the inside out. Though he’s traveled the world as a speaker, Toby’s roots run deep in American soil. He’s most at home on the land, with his family, or in a room full of leaders ready to be challenged. His legacy isn’t about stages or spotlights, it’s about systems, stewardship, and the lives transformed by what he teaches.
