December DWAEngage Live!

We are taking the DFWAEEngage forum Live! Join us Tuesday, December 7 when we will discuss “Association Administration - Managing Through the ‘Next Normal’”.  The conversation will cover issues such as:

• Balancing member expectations and needs with those of association staff
• Trends in hiring - remote/flexible work; additional benefits/holidays; compensation
• The Great Resignation - how to adjust and enhance your company culture

We never know where the conversation will take us, but that’s the fun part of engaging with colleagues to share experiences, best practices, and ideas.   

DFWAEngage Live! is a virtual "meet-up" to give association professionals an opportunity to network, share best practices, ask questions, and discuss solutions to challenges across all areas of association management.

Topics for DFWAEngage Live! are chosen by the membership, so if you have a topic you would like to discuss or seek others input on, please let us know! DFWAEngage Live! will take place the first Tuesday of the month at 10am.
